When working with a student, remember to follow up with them to make sure that all of their issues have been resolved. We may think that we have resolved their issue, unaware that they are still struggling. By checking back in, we can make sure that there is nothing else that they need assistance with. This also displays a genuine interest in helping the student to navigate the issue and find the needed solution. We are MUSTANGS serving MUSTANGS!
