For the month of April, we will be focusing on the Key Engagement Principal: “Driving Consistency”. Let’s continue to cultivate an environment where students experience consistency in their interactions with WNMU employees. This can help to establish greater levels of trust between students and staff/faculty by allowing students to know that their concerns will be heard and their needs will be met. So, let’s make sure that in all our interactions with students, we are driving consistency to allow them to function within a transparent and fair atmosphere. This will allow them to stay both well informed and engaged within the WNMU community . This will ultimately help our students to achieve greater academic success!
