We all get busy and sometimes this causes us to rush things. We know that when we try to rush through our work, it can create more mistakes and an overall diminished quality. It can also cause us to miss important details when working with others such as our students or colleagues. This is why it is important to take the time to slow down and be present. By utilizing a more mindful approach to our daily tasks and interactions, we can enhance the quality of both!
