Respect

For the month of February, we will be focusing on the Key Engagement Principal: “Respect”.  Let’s all work together to cultivate an atmosphere of respect at WNMU!  Showing respect helps to strengthen our relationships and improve communication between one another.  It can also enhance productivity and cooperation within a team.  Respect is vital to sustaining a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment here at WNMU!
