For the month of November, we will be focusing on the Key Engagement Principal: “Driving Consistency”.
This means creating an environment where students can go to any department on campus and find a member of the WNMU team who is willing to advocate on their behalf. When you find yourself in this situation, make sure that you take the necessary steps to assist the individual who has come seeking help. This could be as simple as getting them in contact the correct person or department. Show them the +1 service that we strive for at WNMU!
