This session shares the story and outcomes of a coordinated redesign of authentic assessments across multiple courses in an AI-rich environment. Rather than banning AI, we established a shared set of expectations for responsible use and redesigned tasks to make learning visible through process evidence (drafts, decision logs, reflections, and brief defenses). We highlight the design decisions that mattered most, implementation lessons from faculty and students, and emerging evidence of impact on student learning, quality of work, and academic integrity.
