SUMMARY:Cross-Course Authentic Assessment in an AI World
DESCRIPTION:This session shares the story and outcomes of a coordinated red
 esign of authentic assessments across multiple courses in an AI-rich envir
 onment. Rather than banning AI\, we established a shared set of expectatio
 ns for responsible use and redesigned tasks to make learning visible throu
 gh process evidence (drafts\, decision logs\, reflections\, and brief defe
 nses). We highlight the design decisions that mattered most\, implementati
 on lessons from faculty and students\, and emerging evidence of impact on
