Mustang Moments celebrate employees who exemplify WNMU’s culture of service excellence and commitment to +1 Service. This recognition program empowers leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams to acknowledge the outstanding work and everyday impact of our colleagues across campus.

Ways to Recognize

Recognize an individual or a team
Submit recognition person-to-person or through a manager
Recognition may be public or private
Submissions may be anonymous or include sender information
Cross-functional submissions may be sent to multiple managers

How to Submit

Pick up a Mustang Moment Postcard for handwritten messages – (Available in the Pro Dev Office – Miller Library, Room 165)
Submit online through the Pro Dev website
- Pro Dev will design and deliver the recognition to either the requestor or the recipient (as indicated)
- Please include the recipient’s name and department to ensure proper delivery. (Postcards may be personalized or decorated!)
