Mustang Moments

Mustang Moments celebrate employees who exemplify WNMU’s culture of service excellence and commitment to +1 Service. This recognition program empowers leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams to acknowledge the outstanding work and everyday impact of our colleagues across campus.

Ways to Recognize

• Recognize an individual or a team
• Submit recognition person-to-person or through a manager
• Recognition may be public or private
• Submissions may be anonymous or include sender information
• Cross-functional submissions may be sent to multiple managers

How to Submit

• Pick up a Mustang Moment Postcard for handwritten messages – (Available in the Pro Dev Office – Miller Library, Room 165)
• Submit online through the Pro Dev website
  • Pro Dev will design and deliver the recognition to either the requestor or the recipient (as indicated)
  • Please include the recipient’s name and department to ensure proper delivery.  (Postcards may be personalized or decorated!)
