Empathetic leadership is the key to building organizations that are productive, resilient, and cohesive. Balancing the needs of employees, clients, and the organization with compassion and skill is not always easy, however. This session discusses why empathetic leadership is so important, and covers the practical steps we can take to build a culture of empathy through real shifts in our leadership, our colleagues, and ourselves. Through commitment and dedication, we can build a culture of empathy for a stronger organization, more productive teams, and a more engaged and healthier workforce.
